MATERIAL

Raw materials for the complet production of the Gasket Doors are from Italy. The provider is company Magnetoplast Italiana Ltd.In Background we had tried several other providers of PVC,but concerning the quality of minimal European standard and the best conditions we use material Roagran 15 BFF from ROA Ltd.Caronno Petrusella.This is approved in technical acceptance condition on the delivering of weather strippings with our biggest provider.Of course,we accept the requirements of provider.

All Raw-Material is certificated,it has catalog-list,is not bad for health,is antibacterial and antifunghinal. The material used is up to standard of Directive 2002/95/EC-ROHS.

QUALITY

The controll of quality is an continuous process.The shape of PVC profile is controled by the profilo-projector , the stripe on special control equipment (min 28gr/cm of the lenght through 0,4mm rude magnetic base) The accurancy to size, perpendicularity are controled sporadicialy by random sampling. Technological approach and preventive firm system does not enable to dispatch the bad goods
